Returns and Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your purchase! Here's how our return policy works
- Opened and unused products: You can return unopened and unused products in their original packaging for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Damaged products: Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order if you receive a damaged product. We will accept returns of most damaged products on a case-by-case basis after reviewing the nature and extent of the damage. To expedite the process, please provide photographic evidence of the damage. We may offer a full refund, replacement, or alternative solution depending on the specific circumstance and product availability.
- To request a return, Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. They will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label (where applicable).
- Return shipping cost: You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds: Upon receiving and verifying the returned products, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
